FLORE LUMIÈRE: Prestige Partnership Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Flore Lumiere Prestige Partnership! We are excited to work together and take beauty to the next level. Below you will find the formal terms and conditions for our wholesale program.
Terms and Conditions
- Applicability
- These terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements between Flore Lumiere and its wholesale partners.
- Definitions
- Flore Lumiere: The supplier of luxurious and elegant beauty products.
- Partner: The company participating in the Flore Lumiere Prestige Partnership.
Orders and Deliveries
- Order procedure
- Orders can be placed through our dedicated B2B portal or by contacting your account manager.
- Minimum order quantities apply and are specified per product category.
- Delivery time
- The standard delivery time is 5-7 working days after receipt of the order.
- Urgent deliveries are possible at an additional cost and must be approved in advance.
Prices and Payments
- Prices
- All prices are exclusive of VAT and stated in euros.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders placed prior to the price change will remain unaffected.
- Terms of payment
- Payment must be made within 30 days of invoice date.
- In case of late payments we reserve the right to charge interest of 1.5% per month.
Discounts and Promotions
- Graduated discounts
- Exclusive volume discounts are available and vary based on order quantity.
- Specific discounts will be displayed during the ordering process.
- Special B2B Offers
- Partners have access to special promotions and offers exclusive to B2B customers.
- Offers are limited time and subject to change without notice.
Conditions of sale
- Pricing Policy
- Partners are obliged to sell Flore Lumiere products at a price that is not lower than 15% below the current prices set by Flore Lumiere, including any discounts.
Return Policy
- Returns
- Returns must be reported within 14 days of receipt of the products.
- Products must be returned unused and in the original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the partner, unless otherwise agreed.
- Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned products.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
Other conditions
- Liability
- Flore Lumiere is not liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the agreement.
- Disputes
- These terms and conditions and the agreement are governed by Dutch law.
- Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
